Homemade Crêpes

Start by blending together the flour, eggs, milk, water and in a bowl until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.

Pour a thin layer of the batter onto the skillet, and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook until the crêpe is golden and slightly firm, about 1 minute. Flip the crêpe and cook the other side for another 30 seconds

Transfer the crêpe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve the crêpes with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Tips and Tricks

Tip 1

For best results, make sure the cream is cold when you begin to whip it.

Tip 2

Chilling the bowl and beaters before use will help the cream to whip faster

Tip 3

Start by whipping the cream on low speed and gradually increase the speed as the cream thickens.

Tip 4

Stop whipping when the cream reaches a thick, creamy consistency. Overwhipping can cause it to become too stiff

Tip 5

Have fun and try adding different flavors to your whipped cream. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cocoa powder can all make interesting additions.
